She gave the same attention to detail and was also able to make corrections live so I could achieve skills safely and with proper technique. Guest instructor appearances really added to the overall experience as I was able to learn so many new things from many different individuals from the comfort of my own home. Not restricted to the time constraints of achieving something in one hour class, I found that with using all the tips given in the online classes by the amazing instructors, I was able to continue practicing with correct form and technique even once the class ended, allowing me to master skills. Her on-demand library has a plethora of tutorials for all levels which are broken down into detail allowing you to master new skills on your own at home too. Q1: What content and classes do I start with?
It’s recommended that you start with the Intro To Pole program. Once this is completed, you can move into any seasonal series or women’s circle, or make your way through the tutorials library by choosing your appropriate level to begin with.

Q2: What equipment do I need for online classes?
For pole dance classes, you’ll need access to your own pole, liquid chalk / grip, kneepads, and heels.
For handstand, yoga, and flexibility classes, you’ll need 2 yoga blocks, a strap, yoga mat, and wall space.
Additionally, you may need other forms of equipment depending on the class.
Q3: How do I join a live online class?
Visit the Practice Live page to book your class!
Q4: What if I miss a live class?
No worries! You’ll receive the class recording for 7 days (or unlimited access on the any membership).
Q5: Are there classes suitable for beginners?
Yes! There’s a variety of classes and tutorials available for all levels from beginner to advanced, including an Intro To Pole program.
