Open to all levels experienced beginner and up (pre-requisites: experience dancing in heels, inside & outside leg hang).

Kiana Ng
Head Instructor
Kiana Ng is an international pole dance instructor and performer based in Toronto, blending over 3 years of pole experience with more than a decade of coaching gymnastics, yoga, flexibility, and handstands. A seasoned competitor, she recently placed 2nd at CPAC Nationals in the After Hours Heels 2 category. Known for her detail-oriented instruction and sensual, heels-based choreography, Kiana seamlessly combines spin techniques, sultry lines, and flow to inspire feminine embodiment. Her diverse instructor background informs her teaching approach, emphasizing technique and a deep connection to the body. In 2024, she launched fEMBODY Experiences to create empowering pole-centered events, retreats, and fEMBODY Studio—a virtual platform supporting students’ growth through classes and on-demand learning.
Evey
Guest Instructor
Evey is a pole instructor who loves creating fun, energetic classes where students can feel good in their own bodies and explore new movement patterns. Passionate about helping students build strength, confidence, and community, Evey teaches a variety of classes, from tricks and conditioning to erotic choreography. Whether you’re perfecting a skill or discovering a new passion, Evey’s goal is to leave you feeling strong, inspired, and ready for more.
Alix
Guest Instructor
Alix has been a competitive dancer for most of her life and has immersed herself in the world of pole dancing for the past five years. Her journey in the art has led her to become a dedicated pole dance instructor, choreographer, and co-owner of the Pole Masters Championship, a prestigious competition she runs with her partner. Alix has competed twice, earning two silver medals. Beyond competing, she has also created her signature style, “The Boa Method,” which showcases her innovative approach to the art. As a pole dancer, artist, instructor, and performer, Alix is deeply committed to sharing her love for pole dance with others.
Caroline
Guest Instructor
Caroline is a dynamic, self-taught pole dancer with 8 years of experience, captivating audiences and students alike with her unique style and skill. Originally from Quebec and now based in Vancouver, she has carved her path as a rising star, earning national and international recognition through her competition wins. Caroline’s passion extends beyond the stage as she inspires others through teaching pole, sexy style, hand balancing, and intricate tricks. Known for her creativity and dedication, she is quickly becoming a force to be reckoned with in the pole dance world.

Q1: Can I drop-in to a live class without attending the entire challenge?
Yes, but you will not be eligible to win prizes. Drop-in rates are $25 USD/class.

Q3: What level do I need to be to participate?
The pre-requisites for this challenge include: Inside & Outside Leg Hang and experience dancing in heels.
