Over four weeks, you’ll be supported to:

Kiana Ng
Head Instructor
Kiana Ng is an international pole dance instructor and performer based in Toronto. She has performed at numerous shows and competitions, placing 2nd at CPAC Nationals in 2024, and has taught workshops both across Canada and overseas. She is also the founder of fEMBODY Experiences and fEMBODY Studio.
With over four years of experience in pole and more than a decade of teaching gymnastics, yoga, and handstands, Kiana blends her diverse movement background into a teaching style rooted in technique, artistry, and a deep connection to the body. Known for her keen attention to detail, she helps students refine clean lines, polish movement quality, and bring clarity to their technique.

Elizabeth
Guest Instructor
Elizabeth has been dancing for many years, with experience competing and winning in both Ukraine and Canada, and receiving nominations at international dance festivals. Dance has been a huge part of her life, and she truly believes it’s something everyone can connect with—no matter when they start.
Today, she works with performers of all levels, offering personalized coaching to help each dancer build confidence and prepare for the stage. Her choreographies focus on musicality, emotion, and strong stage presence — because she believes performance is about more than just steps; it’s about telling a story.

Yomna
Guest Instructor
Yomna is a pole dance instructor, competitor and performer with over 12 years of experience. A lifelong lover of dance, she discovered the pole community as an adult and found powerful ways to reconnect with movement and self-expression. Since then, she has become a multi-medalist performer who thrives on exploring and constantly learning the art of dance, and sharing it with others.
Passionate about teaching students of all levels, Yomna loves guiding both beginners and seasoned pole dancers to discover confidence, strength and joy through pole and movement.

Nix
Guest Instructor
Nix is an intuitive coach, energy alignment mentor, embodiment facilitator, and registered massage therapist with over 15 years of experience supporting mind-body-emotion connection. Over the last five years, she has expanded her practice to include sound healing, breathwork, movement, meditation, and chakra alignment, blending intuition with education to create a structured, empowering approach.
Nix guides participants to reconnect with their inner strength, cultivate sustainable personal power, and honor their energetic boundaries. Her style is bold, passionate, and nurturing, combining introspective guidance with practical tools and immersive experiences. She creates safe, sacred spaces where energy, embodiment, and sound converge to awaken, steady, and illuminate the inner fire.
Schedule
Week 1: Spark – Gentle ignition, a soft return to flow, and an awakening of your inner fire.

Week 1 | Spark The Flame
Kindling Flow with Kiana
Step back into your body’s rhythm with a flow sequence designed to gently awaken your strength, fluidity, and inner light. This class blends both static and spin progressions, including grounded static rotations, smooth spins, and gentle climbs that build heat without burning you out. Whether you’re reconnecting after rest or easing back into yourself for the first time in a while, you’ll find both beginner-friendly and intermediate pathways to match your energy. This class is all about getting back into the flow of things, & re-kindling your inner fire, with ease.
Week 2 | Stoke The Flame
Static Heat with Kiana
Turn up the intensity with this static pole workshop designed to spark strength, fire, and flow. Together we’ll explore dynamic combos that blend power, control, and intention—letting the flame burn a little brighter without losing the artistry of movement. Expect to sweat, play with tricks, and feel the heat rise as you challenge your edges and embody fiery strength.
Smolder with Elizabeth
A heels class to fuel your spark and strengthen your connection to your fire — dynamic, groovy, and magnetic. Think heat rising, sparks catching, and movement that charges your body with energy. We’ll dive into a sensual choreography layered with power and intensity — every groove a surge of fire, every step a reminder of your strength. This choreography is about feeding the flame, letting the rhythm ignite you from within. You’ll leave energized, powerful, and fiercely ablaze.
Week 3 | Tend The Flame
Inner Flame with Nix
Step into your power and reconnect with your inner flame in this immersive 75-minute virtual experience. Guided by intuitive coach and energy alignment mentor Nix, this session blends gentle movement, breathwork, guided meditation, and interactive energy connection, to help you tend your solar plexus energy, awaken your inner fire, and cultivate sustainable personal power. You’ll explore the wisdom of your solar plexus, engage in guided practices to steady and nourish your flame, and participate in a collective energetic alignment designed to support and amplify your inner light. This class is a grounding, empowering, and soulful journey that leaves you feeling connected, energized, and ready to carry your flame into every aspect of your life.
Hot Honey with Yomna
Slink, drop, and glide with ease and intention to nurture and tend to your inner flame. Move with softness and let the warmth build slowly as you let the warmth hum quietly within.
Week 4 | Steady The Flame
Glow State with Kiana
Step into the final chapter of our flame series with a workshop designed to bring it all together. In Glow State, we weave the ease of Spark The Flame, the fire of Stoke The Flame, and the smolder of Tend The Flame through 3 different sequences. This is where strength meets softness, where everything integrates, and where you arrive steady, grounded, and glowing from the inside out. You can expect a mix of tricks and flows in this class.

What level do I need to be to participate?
Some experience dancing in heels and learning choreo is required.
Other pre-requisites include: sit, climb, and jasmine is also recommended.
