Q1: What content and classes do I start with?
It’s recommended that you start with the Intro To Pole program. Once this is completed, you can move into any seasonal series or women’s circle, or make your way through the tutorials library by choosing your appropriate level to begin with.

Q2: What equipment do I need for online classes?
For pole dance classes, you’ll need access to your own pole, liquid chalk / grip, kneepads, and heels.
For handstand, yoga, and flexibility classes, you’ll need 2 yoga blocks, a strap, yoga mat, and wall space.
Additionally, you may need other forms of equipment depending on the class.
Q3: How do I join a live online class?
Visit the Practice Live page to book your class!
Q4: What if I miss a live class?
No worries! You’ll receive the class recording for 7 days (or unlimited access on the any membership).
Q5: Are there classes suitable for beginners?
Yes! There’s a variety of classes and tutorials available for all levels from beginner to advanced, including an Intro To Pole program.
Q6: How do I cancel my membership?
In your account settings or you can email info@fembodystudio.com to help you.
Q7: When will I be billed?
Either monthly, quarterly, or annually from the date you sign up or when your trial period ends.
Q8: Do I get refunds if I don't use it?
No. Membership fees are non-refundable once charged. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused content.
